Corporate Payments Update 

Robert Unger, AAP, is Managing Director, ACH Network Development at Nacha—The Electronic Payments Association, where he leads payment product strategy and industry engagement initiatives. He is responsible for Nacha’s corporate outreach initiatives and its payment information services portfolio, including Phixius by Nacha, the industry’s peer‑to‑peer network for secure payment‑related data sharing.

Prior to joining Nacha, Mr. Unger served as Director of Education at Research and Management Systems, a technology firm providing software and management solutions for research, education, and e‑commerce in government and higher education. Earlier in his career, he held roles in information systems support and sponsored programs management at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Mr. Unger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Technology Education and is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
