The Payments Transformation – Come and learn about the various factors changing payments as we know them today and how this will likely transform the B2B space. Presented by WesPay Executive Mark Dixon.
Mark is a financial services veteran with over 16 years of industry experience and a passion for banking, payments, and technology. He has worked for multiple financial institutions of varying sizes and types, serving in sales, operations, electronic services, and IT operations capacities. He is currently the VP, Payment Strategy at Wespay and serves as a Senior Payments Consultant for Wespay advisors. In his roles, Mark keeps abreast of industry updates related to modernization and strategies for payments. He imparts his industry knowledge and experience to help financial institutions navigate the complexity of the payments environment and consults with them to implement new products, create process improvements, meet regulatory requirements, and strategize. Mark is also actively involved in groups for the Payments Innovation Alliance, Faster Payments Council, X9 standards, and Business Payments Coalition.
Mark is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University holding his bachelor's and Master's in Business Administration. Mark focused his studies on Organizational Leadership, Business Intelligence, and Information Technology. He also now serves as a part-time adjunct college instructor for Southern New Hampshire University teaching business core courses to online undergraduate students. Mark also holds the AAP, APRP, and NCP accreditations.
