Session Title: Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) tour and talk |
|
Join fellow Treasury & Finance professionals for our first live event in over a year. We will tour and hear a great presentation from the Education Director Brian Dredla. Brian will present a business overview of MIM, walking the group through our origin story, our core business, our data-driven approach to the guest experience (including lean and Six Sigma), and challenges in the future. Brian will talk to Six Sigma as a case study, as all industries can benefit from waste reduction, process improvement, etc. Financial processes and workflows may benefit from the same analytical approach.
