► Wendy is a Seattle-based Senior Manager in EYs Global Treasury Services practice. She has more than 14 years of experience in the financial and advisory industry serving multinational corporations and financial institutions. ► Her areas of experience include M&A transactions, foreign exchange risk management, global banking structure design and selection, as well as a number of other treasury areas. ► Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Wendy was at Sun Microsystems, Inc. where her responsibilities included managing the Company’s balance sheet and economic hedging programs, analyzing strategic alternatives for excess cash and working capital management. She also managed the Company’s capitalization requests and interest rate risk. ► Wendy holds an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Santa Clara University ► Wendy is a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the Association for Finance Professionals
