Cybercrime Awareness and Prevention for Your Business


Cybercrimes are a growing threat impacting businesses across the globe, with up to half of the attacks targeting small to medium sized businesses. This session will cover a variety of fraud schemes and provide tips to proactively detect and respond to cybercrime incidents.

1) Understanding and awareness of Cybercrime and its threat to businesses

2) Products, services and protections available through and provided by their financial institution

3) Measures a treasurer can take to enhance fraud prevention and protection from Cybercrime

Speakers:  

David Pollino, SVP, Deputy Chief Security Officer, Bank of the West

Responsible for the bank’s fraud prevention oversight and education. In 2014, Pollino was named a top 10 influencer by Bank Info Security for his commitment to combating cybercrimes. Pollino is the author of RSA Press: Wireless security, The Hacker's Challenge Books 1, 2 and 3, and Hacking Exposed: Wireless.
