Optimal working capital management should involve setting the right metrics to measure improvement in speed, accuracy and cost.  This session will focus on identifying appropriate metrics covering the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles. Attendees will walk away with practical ideas to gain better control of all facets of the working capital cycle within their business.


Speaker: Janine Durbin

Director, Working Capital Advisor, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Janine takes a holistic approach to helping clients improve efficiencies and better manage working capital.   Client engagements may focus on topics such as process improvement initiatives, supplier segmentation strategies, organizational re-design; anything that promotes improvement in meeting the client’s working capital goals.

Ms. Durbin joined the bank in 2013 after more than a decade with Motorola Inc. and Motorola Mobility.  Ms. Durbin received her Bachelor’s degree  in Economics from Tufts University in Massachusetts and her Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.  She also earned her MBA from the University of Chicago- Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategy and Finance.
